About The Custom Concierge

The Custom Concierge was formed by two industry veterans who created and manage Potomac Concierge, LLC, a provider of exceptional personal and corporate concierge services. They along with their management team, bring together a wealth of complimentary strengths to provide the best services possible. Back grounds include, accounting, organization, small business management, human resources, training, hospitality experience and problem solving.

Libby Kinkead
Recognizing her passion for customer service, Libby, along with her partner, Aida Middel, founded the highly successful Potomac Concierge, LLC in 2005. Libby brings to Custom Concierge her expertise and knowledge, backed by a degree in Psychology, small business management experience, and 20+ years of organizing experience. She has custom designed systems and solutions for residential and corporate clients. Libby enjoys the process of tackling challenges and providing organization and direction. Libby is also active in the community and charities and has an international background.

Aida Middel
Aida brings to Custom Concierge her expertise and knowledge as a degreed accountant, financial manager and researcher. She is accustomed to working in a high-pressure, dynamic environment. Aida has a natural talent for problem solving, and clients frequently comment on her ability to remain “unflappable” during a crisis. Aida is bilingual and volunteers her services within the Spanish community.
